When fear greets you

For years, I put off pursuing my dreams because of fear -
~ afraid of changing directions and doing something unfamiliar

~ afraid of what people might say,

~afraid of being judged
... the list goes on.

Fear often paralyzes us and prevents us from moving in the direction of our dreams.

Our fears are related to the THOUGHTS we have about what MIGHT happen but they are just that, thoughts.

Fear is a distraction and takes your focus and energy away from what you truly want, from what excites you.

FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real.

Close your eyes for a few seconds and imagine if you weren’t afraid to fail.

What would that look like? 
What if you redirected your energy towards the changes that you wish to make in your life?
Where would that take you?

Fear can often stop us in our tracks but what if  the next time fear greets you, you decide to nod, stay present, and keep walking in the direction of YOUR dreams?
