My career journey began over 25-years ago when I started working in event fundraising as a summer job. When I graduated university, I continued working in the non-profit sector and spent the next two decades setting goals and progressing in my career.

In 2014, I attended a professional development event where I heard a presentation delivered by a Certified Professional Life Coach. I was intrigued. So intrigued that I spent hours contemplating whether to pursue my coaching certification. In the end, I decided the timing wasn’t right – my kids were young, there was a significant time commitment, our family schedule was already jam-packed and the list went on.

Fast forward another five years when my kids were a bit older, and I went through the same process again but remained stuck in indecision.

In 2021, in the midst of all the uncertainty in the world, I decided to take the leap and gained the courage to enrol in the iPEC (Institute for Professional Education in Coaching) coaching program – a decision that changed my life.

Through iPEC’s program I was coached, and I coached. I was introduced to concepts that changed the way I saw myself and the world around me. My mindset shifted from uncertainty to possibility.

Throughout my fundraising career I developed a passion for helping people and causes that I believe in, building relationships, listening to people’s stories, and making a difference. Coaching has fuelled those passions and now I have the opportunity to experience a client’s transformation firsthand.

As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), COR.E Dynamic’s Transitions Specialist, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I help people gain clarity around what’s next for them and build the courage and confidence to make it happen!
